Case Water Systems: Frequently Asked Questions
Do you drill wells?
No. We service, inspect, and repair existing private well systems, including pumps, pressure equipment, water lines, and controls.
Do you pump septic tanks?
No. We provide septic inspections and repairs, and can help coordinate pumping with another provider when necessary.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency well service availability, subject to conditions and technician availability. Call (828) 222-4160.
Can you inspect wells and septic systems for real estate?
Yes. Visit our inspections and testing page.
Can you improve iron, sulfur smells, or acidic water?
We evaluate water problems and recommend suitable water treatment systems based on source conditions and testing.
What areas do you serve?
See our Western North Carolina service area page.
Does a well inspection include laboratory water testing?
Not automatically. Confirm sampling, selected laboratory analyses, fees and turnaround separately. A well inspection assesses accessible equipment and observed operation; a water test answers water-quality questions.
Does low water pressure always mean I need a new pump?
No. Tanks, controls, plumbing leaks, restrictions and available water supply can affect delivery. We assess the system before recommending replacement. See low water pressure diagnostics.
What should I include in a service request?
Provide the property address, county, system type, symptoms and any inspection or closing deadline. Tell us about access restrictions, inactive utilities and available equipment records.
Does the online form reserve an appointment?
No. Our team follows up to discuss scope, fees, access and scheduling. For urgent loss of well water, call (828) 222-4160 to discuss emergency availability.
