Septic backup or alarm?

Call (828) 222-4160

We answer 24/7. Arrival time depends on technician availability, weather and travel to your property.

New Septic System Installation

New systems start with the permit from the county health department, which sets the system type, tank and drain field layout for the lot. We install the tank and components to that permit and coordinate inspections as required. Bring your permit and site plan when you request service so we can review the scope.

Septic Tank and System Replacement

When an existing tank is cracked, collapsing or no longer working, or a system has failed, we assess what is there and explain whether a repair or a replacement fits. Replacement work can include the tank, risers and lids, inlet and outlet lines, the distribution box and, where needed, the drain field. Replacements are planned around site access and the county permit.

What to Have Ready

  • The property address and any septic permit or as-built drawing
  • Where you think the tank is, or any lids you can see
  • What the system is doing: backups, odors, wet ground or an alarm
  • Whether the home is being bought or sold, and any deadlines

If you are buying a home, a real estate septic inspection is often the first step.

Septic Pumping Is Coordinated, Not Done In-House

We do not pump septic tanks. When a tank needs to be pumped before removal or service, we coordinate it with local pumpers so you have one point of contact.

Septic Installation Questions

Do you install new septic systems?

Yes. We install septic tanks and related components for Western North Carolina homes, working from the permit issued by the county health department for the property.

When does a septic tank need to be replaced?

Common reasons include a cracked or collapsing tank, a failed older tank, or a repair that the permit requires to be done as a replacement. We assess the existing system first and explain whether repair or replacement makes sense.

Do I need a permit to replace a septic system?

In North Carolina, new systems and most replacements and repairs require a permit from the county health department. We explain what applies before work starts.

Can you add risers when you replace a tank?

Yes. We install risers and lids that bring tank access up to grade, which makes future inspections, service and coordinated pumping easier.

Do you pump septic tanks?

No. We do not pump tanks. When pumping is needed, we coordinate it with local pumpers.
