Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 15, 2026. Case Water Systems LLC.

COMPLETED WORK

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for authorized services properly performed or materials properly supplied. This includes diagnostics, inspections, testing, service calls, excavation, spring exploration, and repairs. Inadequate natural spring or well flow alone is not a reason to refund properly performed authorized work, unless your agreement expressly promises a particular result. Rights concerning defective work, unperformed work, misrepresentation, and applicable law remain in effect.

CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSITS

Deposits are credited to your project and are not automatically forfeited. If you cancel, we will account for your payments, completed authorized work, materials supplied, and lawful nonrecoverable commitments. Any special-order or supplier cancellation costs must have been disclosed and must be lawfully chargeable. Unearned balances will be refunded within applicable legal deadlines. Statutory cancellation rights take priority over ordinary deductions.

PARTS AND EQUIPMENT

Installed or used equipment is generally not returnable for a change of mind. Unused returns require written approval and may involve disclosed, actual supplier return costs. Special-order restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. No undisclosed flat restocking fee applies. These restrictions do not remove rights for defective, incorrect, or misrepresented goods or legally required cancellations.

COMPANY CANCELLATION AND BILLING ERRORS

If we cancel before providing work or incurring lawful chargeable commitments, we will refund the unearned deposit. For a partially completed project, we will provide an accounting and refund the unearned balance, subject to your contractual and legal remedies. Duplicate payments and confirmed overpayments will be corrected. If equipment is unavailable, a substitute or revised scope requires your approval. A goodwill refund must state its amount and scope in writing; it does not automatically create a policy for other jobs. No refund may be conditioned on an unlawful waiver of rights.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

We will inspect reported issues and correct covered workmanship defects under the applicable warranty. A refund is not automatic upon request. Repair does not replace another remedy where the law requires that remedy. Manufacturer warranty terms apply separately to equipment.

REFUND PROCESSING

Contact Case Water Systems using the details on your estimate or invoice. Include your name, property, invoice number, and reason for the request. We will confirm approved refunds and expected processing timing in writing. Refunds ordinarily go to the original payment method when available. Bank processing does not extend legal deadlines. We do not automatically deduct payment-processing fees.

YOUR CANCELLATION RIGHTS

All applicable federal and North Carolina cancellation rights and required notices remain in effect. An emergency service request alone does not waive those rights. This website policy does not replace any required cancellation form. Specific written project terms and applicable law control if they conflict with this policy.
